  I always have a horrible experience here. Since we pay so much for apples products they should have better customer service. Apple please do something about this

  I went to the Apple store and Approached and tall dark hair man who was very rude and provided awful service when I came back for my appointment I went to a employee named Josh who provided me with amazing service and helped me with everything I needed... I was originally extremely disappointed with the service, thank you for Josh however which is the only reason I gave this store five stars! If I were the manager of this store I would really take a hard look at costumer service.
