  I am very disappointed as someone who previously gave this place 5 stars. I had a situation where after my puppy being groomed I ended up with a $300 vet bill. They cleaned his ears and ear plucked them and the next thing I know my puppy screams if I touch his ear and was walking holding his head funny and trying to shake something out of his ear. I was horrified when the vet showed me his ear during the emergency appointment. I called Bark and Bean and all the girl said to me was well we can put a note in his chart not to clean his ears again.... I asked for the manager or owner to call me and I have yet to get a call which says to me they don't care about the pain and suffering of my puppy or about my concerns as a loyal customer. That is a bad move on their part because I live in a dog community and many of my neighbors go there, they all know and love my dogs, I used to work where I live so they also respect me as a person of integrity. If they would prefer to see me in small claims court and lose customers rather than speak with me we can definitely take that route. I called very kindly and I accusing even though I know his ear was not like that when I brought him in and if they noticed something wrong it should have been brought to my attention. I'm extremely disappointed and very upset that my puppy had to suffer! I wish I could post the picture here.... his ear canal was raw and bloody... very painful for my 5 lb baby Maltese! How you react when things are not perfect shows your true integrity!
