Frank was very knowledgeable about the TVs they sold which made our decision a lot easier on which one was best for us. The entire staff was very professional. Would definitely recommend this store over Best Buy, etc. The Big Screen Store, Annapolis location gets 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ from us. Mike and Wanda D.
