  The day after Thanksgiving this year, I gifted my daughter a second ear piercing for earning top grades. I selected Icing at Annapolis Mall to perform the job. The manager on duty named Whitney was amazing! She was very professional, knowledgeable, and displayed superb customer service. My daughter and I were nervous about the piercing, but she had such a calming, friendly demeanor we both felt at ease during the entire process. She and my daughter convinced me to have my ears repierced! Customer service has become a lost art, in my opinion, but it was so very refreshing to see top rated customer service and professionalism is a priority for Whitney. Thank you!!
