  I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at the Annapolis Lovesac location. Amanda and Chris in particular were absolutely outstanding, although everybody was very fantastic. They not only answered all of our initial questions about the items, but seemed more interested in making sure we purchased a model that fit our specific needs than simply "moving product." They were incredibly helpful in telling us which size and fabric covering would be best suited for our family ("Oh, you have three kids under 6? ... you need THIS one, and here's why..."). They also were very flexible in helping us navigate within our financial situation to make sure we had a package and payment plan that worked for us. Again - not pushing product, but getting us the best deal they could on the best items for us. They completely earned my trust. The highest praise I have of them is that they were neither intimidated nor afraid when I pulled out my phone and started researching their competitors. I pulled up three companies who claimed to make similar furniture and began asking questions. The staff answered the questions they knew and researched the ones they didn't until we were all satisfied with the answers. Ultimately, this led us to purchase the Lovesac (even though it was more expensive) because I was absolutely convinced in the quality and warranty compared to its cheaper competitors. Our purchasing experience could not have been more enjoyable. Everybody was very personable and the atmosphere was low-key and relaxed. We were comfortable and did not feel any pressure at all. Again, cannot speak highly enough of our experience and recommend that anybody even remotely considering a Lovesac item contact the Annapolis location directly. They were absolutely fantastic.
