  I went to exchange an iPad pro, however they were out of stock. So I decided to return the current one that I had. Casey (store employee). Did the return, however issued a refund check instead of a credit back to my original form of payment. The original purchase was made with a credit card, therefore the return should have went back to my credit card. Casey told me that recently their system was updated and every time they do a return, it requests that they issue a refund check. Which in fact didn't make any sense. There are more details to this issue, however I have decided to write Sprint's Corporate office and provide supportive documentation in hope that there can be some form of informal resolution. If not, I do plan to contact a legal representative and proceed further.
