  Was looking forward to my mirror shipping from the warehouse to the store which I ordered. I called to follow up on the order and I spoke to the store manager Amanda Santana and after she pulled up my info she said my items were there, I go to the store speak to the same person she looks on the back and tells me that my item in the system appears to be in the store but was. Not, at this point I am livid!! She waster my time to go there and she tells me "you didn't give me the product information" basically blaming me for not giving her my information. I feel so sorry for Zgallerie having her represent the company!! she definitely needs training with the system, she clearly does not know how to product search. Very disappointed at the Annapolis, Md location due to this terrible customer service!!
